This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicants before this Court and no other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in connection with crime No. 17/2019 registered at Police Station - Rajadeori, Civil And Revenue District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara, (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 20.03.2019, 10.300 bulk liters foreign liquor has been seized from the possession of applicant No.1 Chintaram Patel. Applicant No. 2 Bijenra Paleshwar, applicant No. 3 Dayaram Dadsena and applicant No. 4 Gaukaran Dadsena were accompanying him.

4. Govt. Advocate submits that against applicant No.1 Gopal Das two other criminal cases, against applicant No. 2 Bijendra Paleshwar one another criminal case, against applicant No.3 Dayaram Dadsena two other criminal cases have been registered and against applicant No. 4 Gaukaran Dadsena no criminal antecedent is reported in the police case diary

Looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case, It is directed that if applicant No. 1 Chintaram Patel, applicant No.2 Bijendra Paleshwar, applicant No.3 Dayaram Dadsena each of them furnishes two solvent sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each along with a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court, he be released on bail.

6. Looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that if applicant No. 4 Gaukaran Dadsena furnishes one solvent surety for a sum of Rs.25,000/- along with a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court, he be released on bail.
