This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing correctness and validity of order dated 23.10.2008 by which the petitioner's case for regularization was deferred by not accepting the document submitted by the petitioner.

The petitioner was asked to submit necessary document so that his case of regularization is considered.

The aforesaid order passed way back on 23.10.2008 is sought to be assailed at this stage after such a long delay seeking to explain that the petitioner could not approach this Court because he was suffering from illness and other health problem.

In the entire petition, except making bald statement, no document of

any treatment has been placed on record by the petitioner to satisfy the Court long delay of 9 years in not filing the petition before this Court. In any case, the petitioner's claim for regularization was not rejected but he has been only directed to submit proper credential.
