1. Shri Shashank Thakur, learned counsel for respondent No.1, appearing on advance notice, would place before this Court a gazette notification issued by the State Government on 16-2-16, deciding that w.e.f. 13-12-02, the employees working in the erstwhile MPSRTC, who were posted within the jurisdiction of the successor State of Chhattisgarh shall be deemed to be absorbed in CIDC and the CIDC shall be their employer.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition does not survive for taking any further action in the matter. It is accordingly disposed of.

3. A copy of the notification dated 16-2-16 be placed in the record of this contempt petition.
