(2) This Court by order dated 06.05.2010 passed in WP(S) No.1226/2005 granted liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the respondent authorities for redressal their grievances.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities but same has not been considered and decided by the respondent authorities till this date.

(4) Earlier the petitioner had filed the writ petition for same cause of action, therefore, second writ petition for same cause of action is not maintainable.
