Savita Tiwari, counsel for the Appellant appears and submits that vide order dated 07.11.2008 her husband, namely, Shri Abhay Kumar Tiwari was appointed as a counsel to argue the matter on behalf of the appellant. According to her, since Shri Abhay Kumar Tiwari has expired, therefore, she may be permitted to argue the matter on behalf of the appellant I, accordingly, appoint Smt. Savita Tiwari as a counsel to argue the matter on behalf of the appellant.
