On due consideration, it goes to show that earlier also on 31-10-2015 and 25-1-2016, trial court denied the relief as claimed for three times and disposed of the said applications filed for three times on 23-2-2016. 2.

Instant writ petition has been filed praying for the relief to quash the order dated 23-2-2016, on the other hand for the same cause trial court earlier denied the same relief on 31-10-2015 and 25-1-2016. Therefore, instant writ petition cannot be allowed to continue. 3.

Instant writ petition is disposed of without any appreciation on merit as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a duly constituted writ petition 227 for the cause including the relief also regarding orders dated 31-10-2015 and 25-1-2016.

Registry is directed to return copy of the certified copy to the petitioner after keeping authenticated true copy of the same in the file. 5.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
