(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) has not considered the letter dated 29.03.2017 issued by respondent No.2- Collector, Bilaspur regarding the payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount to the petitioner till this date.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue)/Land Acquisition Officer, Kota, District Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount against their law expeditiously preferably within a period of forty-five days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
