On due consideration, application for urgent hearing is allowed. 3.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that question of law and facts of present case are similar to W.P.S. No.5116 of 2006 (Smt. Gayatri v. Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board & Others) and other connected matters which has been decided on

18.12.2014, and therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in terms of order passed in Smt. Gayatri (Supra). Considering the submissions made by the parties and also taking into consideration the facts that question of law and facts of present petition are identical to W.P.S. No.5116 of 2006, this petition is also disposed of in following terms as held in W.P.S. No.5116 of 2006:

"6.......The present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file fresh applications/representations/reminders along with all the necessary documents before Manager, HRD, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Ltd., office at Dangania, Distt. Raipur (CG) giving reference of their earlier applications within two months from today. In the eventuality of filing such applications, the respondents may decided the same as per the policy in vogue in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the applications. The respondents while deciding the applications would be at liberty to strictly apply the eligibility conditions laid down in the policy dated 30.01.1997." 5.

With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs. Copy of order passed in Smt. Gayatri (Supra) be also made part of this order.
