1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made an application dated 04.04.2020 for grant of parole before the Jail Superintendent/Respondent No.3, which has not been considered, yet.

3. Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned State counsel would submit that the concerned District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.) would consider the application in accordance with law.

4. Be that as it may, District Magistrate, Bilaspur, is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 04.04.2020 within two weeks from today, if not decided.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
