1. Grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is the order of attachment passed by the Collector, District Janjgir Champa on 13.12.2016.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted at this juncture to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the higher authorities in the State Government for redressal of his grievance relying upon the Government's circular in this regard.
3. Not opposed.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
