Agrawal Order On Board 12/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No. 2 - Sarguja University has made request to respondent No. 4- Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University (henceforth "University") for conducting supplementary examination of B.Sc. (Nursing Course) first year for the year 2009-2010, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4-University is directed to take decision on the representation made by respondent No. 2- Sarguja University made on 11.12.2017 expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
