1. Perused the P.U.D dated 11.10.2020, received from Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Korba, District: Korba (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has released from jail on 23.02.2013 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
