Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant and the State. 2.

The present appeal arises from order dated 5.2.2016 in Writ Petition (Cr) No. 15 of 2016.

The Learned Single Judge held that in view of the statutory alternative remedies available under the Code of Criminal Procedure, invocation of the

extraordinary writ jurisdiction was not warranted leaving it open for the Appellant to pursue other remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

We find no reason to take any different view of the matter. If so advised, the Appellant may pursue remedies available under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
