Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant wants to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicant before the said Court and filing of regular bail application on his behalf, the said Court shall decide the bail application as early as possible preferably on the date of its filing.
