Order On Board 17/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application to the Collector, Raipur for allotment of shops, which has not been considered and decided and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for allotment of shops expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
