1. The Appellant has been convicted under Section 307 of the Indina Penal Code and sentenced to undergo RI for 7 years with fine of Rs. 100/-, with default stipulation.

2. A certificate of incarceration sent by the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur (C.G.) dated 29-06-2018 would mention that the Appellant has undergone the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court and already released on 1508-2015 from the Jail.

3. I have heard both the counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record with due care.

4. Case of the prosecution is based on the statements of complainant Sukhiram (PW-1), he has supported the case of the prosecution. His statement is duly corroborated by Budhsingh (PW-3) and Salikram (PW-4) also from the statement of Dr. Rahul Verma (PW-1) and Dr. R. Jitpure (PW-10) it is also clear that the complainant has sustained injuries on his vital part of the body.

5. Considering the material available on record, I do not find any merit in this appeal.

6. Consequently, the appeal deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
