This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of HMA No.2 of 2016 (Aashish Shukla v. Smt. Neha Shukla) pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg to Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur.

The Petitioner-wife has filed a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur and the Respondent-husband has filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg. It would be in the interest of justice that both the matters be heard by one Court. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Respondent to oppose the petition. 4.

The wife is residing at Raipur with her two years aged child, therefore, in the interest of justice, HMA No.2 of 2016 (Aashish Shukla v. Smt. Neha Shukla) pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur. 5.
