(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 18.11.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.4154 of 2015.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the petitioner's representation has been decided and it has been rejected after consideration vide order dated 30.03.2016 and as such, the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.

(4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition is dismissed at the admission stage as having become infructuous.
