(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 18.09.2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.1622 of 2015.
(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors submits that the petitioners' appeal has been decided vide order dated 12.04.2016 and as such, the instant contempt petition has
become infructuous.
(4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the contempt petition is dismissed at the admission stage as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, if aggrieved the order dated 12.04.2016.
