Earlier, the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being Writ Petition(S) No.665/2015, which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to

approach before the higher authorities, the petitioner has approached now and the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order which was challenged in Writ Petition (S) No. 665/2015, as such this writ petition is not maintainable and same is dismissed. However, this dismissal will not come in the way of respondents in considering the earlier representation (if any) made by the petitioner to them.
