This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.118/2017, registered at Police Station Newai, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC. 3.

The applicant has not complied with the condition imposed on him in the previous order for moving fresh application for grant of bail, therefore, the present bail application is not to be considered at this stage despite release of the co-accused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, wherein, the previous order passed by this Court was not brought to the notice.
