(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a victim of frequent transfer. He further submits that on 19.08.2015, he has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Gourela to Nagar Panchayat Malhar and again on 01.04.2016, he has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Malhar to Nagar Panchayat
Geedam within eight months and therefore he may be permitted to make a representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances within ten days from today.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government within ten days from today, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. (5) For a period of five weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
