2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain articles owned by the petitioner were seized by Municipal Council, Jashpur Nagar, same may be directed to be returned.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner may submit representation to the Council and that shall be considered expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
