(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation before the respondents No.2 & 3 for redressal of her grievances in the light of circular dated 30.07.2014 issued by State Government and direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. In the

eventuality of making any representation by the petitioner, the same is expected to be decided by the respondents No. 2 & 3 on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation along with this order.
