Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 14/06/2021 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the short question involved in this case is that the petitioner has applied for certain documents from the Returning Officer, Tehsildar Takhatpur, District Bilaspur by Annexure P-1 and the requisite challan was also paid. The same was made on 2/06/2020, however the documents having not been given in 30 days, appeal was filed before the SDO by Annexure P-2 on 7/09/2020. Thereafter, the appeal is still required to be adjudicated and nothing was heard thereafter. He would submit that the SDO may be directed to decide the appeal within short period.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal is already pending, without going into merit as to the claim of the petitioner, if the appeal is not

yet decided, same would be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
