Grievance of Petitioner seems to be his termination by Respondents on 11.8.2020.

Considering the fact that the service of Petitioner is regulated under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act and the said Act has special provisions for redressal of grievances of the employees working with the Cooperative Societies, the present Writ Petition at this juncture would not be maintainable as there is an alternative statutory remedy available to Petitioner. 3.

Given the said fact, reserving the right of Petitioner to avail the remedy available to him under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, the Writ Petition is disposed of being not maintainable. 4.

Subject to Petitioner moving an appropriate application/raising a dispute under the Cooperative Societies Act, the Authorities concerned are expected

to take an expeditious decision on the same.
