1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the alleged illegal termination dated 11.08.2020.

2. Considering the fact that the service of the petitioner is regulated under the provisions of Cooperative Societies Act and the said Act has a specific provisions for redressal of grievance of the employees working with Cooperative Society, the writ petition at this juncture would not be maintainable as there is an alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioner.

3. Given the said facts, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the

remedies available under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of being not maintainable. Subject to the petitioner moving an appropriate application / raising a dispute under the Act, the authorities concerned are expected to take an expeditious decision on the same.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
