The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 249/2015 registered in Police Station Manendragarh, District Koria (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 409 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case applicant was working in Axis Bank and the complainant Satyanarayan Sonar was having a saving bank account in the bank. When at the instance of the applicant money of Rs.8 lakhs was deposited in Option One Trade & Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. with the assurance that they will get better interest. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no offence has been committed by the applicant and neither amount has been received by him nor they have been deceived. He submits that complainant is getting interest per month on the amount deposited with the company, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel was directed to verify the fact as to whether complainant is receiving interest on the deposit of Rs.8 lakhs. On enquiry

it is submitted that complainant is receiving interest per month for the amount deposited with the company.

Taking into account allegation and gravity of charges and submission made against this applicant, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
