An affidavit has been filed by the Officer concerned that as per direction passed earlier, placing on record the copy of order dated 28-08-2017, by which, the representation of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment has been rejected after consideration.

In that view of the matter, no further orders required to be passed in this

petition.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection of his claim for grant of compassionate appointment.
