Taking into the nature of default pointed out by the Registry, it is ignored.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had joined the service as a class-III employee in the State of Madhya Pradesh on 16/05/1982. Subsequently, with the bifurcation of the State, his services were allocated to the State of Chhattisgarh, however during the said allocation of his service to the State of Chhattisgarh, some part of the service book got missing. Consequently, the petitioner is not getting the benefit of 6th and 7th pay commission which was made effective on 01/01/2006 and 01/01/2016. It is contended that the petitioner is going to retire next month. Taking into such fact he has made several representations that may be directed to be decided.

Considering the limited prayer and the nature of prayer made, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation which was lately filed on 10/01/2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is further observed that if the petitioner is entitled to be benefited for 6th and 7th pay commission as has been prayed for, after verification of the facts, same may also be allowed to him. 4.
