(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher (Arts) and by the impugned transfer order dated 31.03.2016 passed by respondent No.2.-Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Surguja, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Middle School Kulhadi, Block Ambikapur to Middle School Gersa, Block Lundra, Ambikapur, District Surguja as a Maths Teacher against which, the petitioner has made representation

before the respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, Surguja, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and on its own merit preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
