1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is owner of certain land and in order to sell or further alienate the property, the revenue records would be required, as such, he

applied for copies to the Tahsildar, Pratappur, Distt. Surajpur to grant certified copies of revenue documents like B-1, Khasra P-II, Map etc for the lands bearing Khasra nos.562/3 and Kh. & 587/3. However, the same is not being granted and in turn the bribe is sought. Therefore, the Tahsildar may be directed to supply the copies of the necessary documents which have been asked for inasmuch as the requisite fee has already been filed. Learned counsel would refer to Annexure P-1 dated 24.03.2021 and would submit that till date nothing has been transpired.

2. On the other hand, learned State Counsel submits that the application has been filed and necessary documents would be supplied.

3. The contention of the petitioner appears to be disturbing inasmuch as the application though has been filed by Annexure P-1, certain copies of the documents are not being provided.

4. Under the circumstances, the Tahsildar, Pratappur, Distt. Surajpur is directed to supply necessary documents as has been asked vide application dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P1) within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
