1. At the outset, Mr. B. Gopa Kumar submits that arrears of pension has already been released in favour of the petitioner herein.

2. However, on instructions, Mr. P.R. Patankar submits that cost has not been paid.

3. Be that as it may, since arrears of pension have been paid, the contempt case is closed by discharging the rule. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation for release of cost amount. If cost amount is not released within a reasonable period, he is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
