1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that the petitioner, a non-governmental organization, had been authorized to provide training in Garment Construction Techniques and Mason work which the petitioner's establishment has successfully completed. The total amount payable to the petitioner for the training which they had imparted was Rs.19,30,500/-of which the respondents have already released Rs.15,82,650/- and that there was a outstanding of Rs.3,47,850/-.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have till

now not cleared the dues and therefore, appropriate direction in this regard may be issued to the respondents for settling the dues payable to the petitioner.

The State counsel, upon instruction from the competent authority makes a statement that subject to the petitioner's furnishing the required formalities by providing certain documents pertaining to work executed by the petitioner, the undisputed bills of the petitioner, if any, shall be cleared. He further submits that the authority has also issued appropriate letters in this regard to the petitioner.

4. Given the factual position as has been stated by the State counsel, this court, without venturing into the aspect of the maintainability of the writ petition, disposes of this petition with a direction that let the petitioner approach the concerned authorities of the respondents in this regard and subject to his furnishing proper documents and fulfilling the required formalities, the State may consider release of the undisputed claims of the petitioner, if any.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is expected that the authorities shall take a prompt decision in this regard.
