Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/11/2017 At the outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in terms of the order passed in the National Lok Adalat, final order has been passed in the case of the petitioner and petitioner's claim has been re-scrutinized by the authority and order has been passed on 18/10/2017.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged. Contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 18/10/2017 in a separately constituted proceedings.
