This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 520/2018, registered at Police Station-Supela, District-Durg (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the IPC. 2.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2018 in M.Cr.C.No.9065 of 2018.
