For Petitioner :

Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava, Advocate For State :

Mr. Satish Gupta, G.A.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/07/2017 Heard.

1.

The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by impugned order by which he has been transferred from Darima to Sukma. 2.

The main contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was brought at Darima only six months before and now he is again being subjected to transfer.

3.

Learned State counsel points out that vide order dated 01.12.2016 only an interim arrangement was made because of unexpected vacancy and now the petitioner has been transferred.

4.

It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has remained posted at Lundra about 4 years. Therefore, in these circumstances, no case warranting interference by this Court on judicial side is made out. However, it will be open for the petitioner to prefer representation, if he has any personal difficulty in moving from the present place of posting to the transferred place of posting. If the petitioner prefers representation before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
