(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the revision filed by the petitioner against the order of cancellation of appointment of the petitioner before the appellate authority, which is pending consideration w.e.f. 24.11.2015 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, the appellate authority is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
