1. Heard on application under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred praying for correction of clerical error in the order dated 6.4.2021 passed in MCRC No.2592/2021.

2. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner, that the crime number, policestation and the offences are mentioned in the paragraph No.4 of the order are incorrect, therefore, they need correction.

3. On perusal of the record of MCRC No.2592/2021, the application under Section 439 CrPC and other documents in support of this application, I am of this view that the clerical error has been committed in the order which needs correction.

4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed at the motion stage. It is ordered that instead of the details of the criminal case that are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 6.4.2021, should be now read as Crime No.52/2013, registered in police-station-Janakpur, District-

Page No.2 Koriya, Chhattisgarh and the offences under Sections 363, 366, 376(2) (n) of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.
