Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 16/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has provided security services to the SECL but the amount has been deduced from the payment to him on the basis of false allegation of theft and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances and, in turn, the authority
