---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. Rakesh Pandey, Advocate For State :

Mr. Rahul Jha, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 18/06/2021 1.

The limited grievance that the petitioner has is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not releasing the annual increment to the petitioner from 01.07.2018 onwards. The grievance also is that the petitioner also has not been granted the benefits in terms of the circular dated 01.08.2012.

2.

According to the petitioner, the Department has already recommended the case of the petitioner for the release of the annual increment from

01.07.2018. Since it is a dispute of grant of annual increment from 01.07.2018 onwards and also determining the monetary benefits in terms of the circular dated 01.08.2012, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to take an appropriate decision at the earliest settling the dispute so far as grant of increment to the petitioner from 01.07.2018 onwards and the respondents shall further consider the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the circular dated 01.08.2012. That in case if the petitioner is found eligible for any benefits under the said circular, the same be also extended promptly within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
