2. After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file appropriate petition before the Sessions Court.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the Sessions Court, which is permissible in law.

5. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned after furnishing duly photocopy thereof.

6. Accordingly, the present petitions dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of petitioner.
