For Respondents/State: Mr. S.P. Kale, Deputy Advocate General. Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 /0 5 /201 Heard.

(1) By way of this petition, the petitioner challenged his transfer

order dated 22.03.2016 passed by respondent No. 4, by which he has been transferred from Govt. Primary School, Ghatkachhar to Govt. Primary School, Manki.

(2) Earlier, the petitioner has filed writ petition being W.P. (S) No. 5983/2014, in which this Court, by order dated 18.11.2014, has directed the respondent No. 3-Collector to decide the petitioner's representation. The petitioner's representation was rejected by the Collector, Mahasamund by order dated 16.12.2014, which has attained finality as the same has not been challenged by the petitioner.

(3) By the impugned order dated 22.03.2016, the petitioner has been directed to work at Govt. Primary School, Ghatkachhar as the petitioner was temporarily working at Govt. Primary School, Manki.

(4) In view of the aforesaid discussion, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

(5) Accordingly, writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.
