The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.89/2021 registered in Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 307/34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail

MCRC No. 2905 of 2021 application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the injured Kushumlata Sinha.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
