1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has, is that the petitioner has applied for grant of medial leave on account of her suffering from some medical ailment which till date has not been decided by the respondents.

2. Given the facts that the issue involved in the instant case is only in respect of deciding the application for grant of medical leave, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application for medial leave provided by the petitioner. It is made clear that in case if the petitioner has not moved an application to the respondent No.2, let her make a fresh

-2application in this regard to the respondent No.2, who in turn, shall consider and decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field and also taking into consideration the medical condition of the petitioner.
