1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as she is in jail since 26.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 235/2020 registered in Police Station- Police Chowki Bariyon, P.S. Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of IPC.

2. The first bail application of the applicant was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises vide order dated 03.03.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 97 of 2021 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, this second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
