1. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the appointing authority of the petitioner is the Executive Engineer. The order has been passed by the Court on legal issues. The entitlement of the petitioner for pensionary aspect for consideration not by the Secretary of the department but by his appointing authority. The petitioner should approach the Executive Engineer with written representation along with copy of order dated 22.07.2016 passed in WPS No.3107 of 2016. In case, the direction is not complied with as directed earlier, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the contempt petition against the responsible officer.
