(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that this he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the appellate authority against the order dated 20.02.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No. 3 and the same may be directed to decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer appeal before the appellate authority along with application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal against the order dated 20.02.2014 and, in turn, the appellate authority shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
