Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 26-05-2020 Heard.

1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class- Bastar at Jagdalpur, C.G., in which prayer has been made for extension of time for complying with the order dated 26.09.2019 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No.961/2019.

2. This Court has while passing the order mentioned hereinabove directed the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case preferably within a period of four months on 26.09.2019 and it appears that the time limit given has expired, therefore, after considering the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., I feel inclined to allow this prayer and the extension of further one month is given for complying with the order passed by this Court.
