The prayer made in this writ petition is for payment of amount of the work done by the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (PMAY). 2.

It is stated that the petitioner has performed the work assigned to him under the scheme of PMAY and though he is entitled to receive the entire amount/ honorarium for the work done, but only part payment has been made and the rest of the amount is not being paid and it is kept pending without any rhyme and reason. It is submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the Chief Executive Officer/ Respondent No.2 but the same still remains undecided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the representation of the petitioner is pending, he has to wait till the outcome of the said representation has come.

Considering the facts situation of the case, without entering into the merits of the case it is directed that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending, the concerned Authority/ Respondent No.2 without having any prejudice to the petitioner shall be obliged to consider and decide the same objectively within a period of two months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
